# From supplier catalog to marketplace: product XML, API and one stock pool

> Turn supplier sites into a product XML feed and API, and feed your Trendyol and Temu stores from one stock pool. Start a 7-day free trial.

Giyimport crawls supplier websites on a schedule and normalizes products, variants, barcodes, prices, stock and images into one schema. It serves that data as an XML feed and REST API, and updates your Trendyol and Temu stock from the same pool.

## Works in four steps

The entire flow from supplier site to marketplace is visible in one panel.

1. **Supplier sites are crawled** — Each supplier site is crawled every 4 hours by default; product, variant, stock and price changes are recorded.
2. **Merged into a product pool** — Barcodes, size/colour variants, category path, attributes and images are mapped to one product schema.
3. **Rules are applied** — Margin, shipping and rounding rules produce the sale price; out-of-stock or blocked products become passive.
4. **Distributed to channels** — Read through the XML feed and API; stock/price is pushed to connected Trendyol and Temu stores and orders are pulled back.

## Modules

Each module works on its own; together they share the same product and stock data.

- **Product XML**: All active products in your plan — variants, barcodes, stock, prices and images — at a single XML URL. (https://giyimport.com/en/product-xml-feed)
- **E-commerce integration**: Paginated JSON API, change tracking (changedSince), live price/stock check and per-key quota. (https://giyimport.com/en/ecommerce-integration)
- **Stock sync**: Source stock − open orders − safety stock: every marketplace receives a quantity computed from the same pool. (https://giyimport.com/en/stock-sync)
- **Trendyol**: Barcode matching, bulk stock and price updates, order package import. (https://giyimport.com/en/integrations/trendyol)
- **Temu**: SKU code (barcode) matching, full stock updates, orders and encrypted recipient address import. (https://giyimport.com/en/integrations/temu)
- **Security**: Recipient data encrypted with AES-256-GCM, role-based access, immutable audit log, deletion after 30 days. (https://giyimport.com/en/security)

## What stock sync looks like in the panel

For each barcode: the computed quantity, why, and the result on one line. The panel screen above and this list are redrawn from real components; store names, barcodes and numbers are sample data.

## System defaults

- Supplier crawl interval: 4 h
- Marketplace stock and order sync: 15 min
- Products in the trial: 500
- Recipient data deleted after order closes: 30 days

These values can be changed per account or per plan in the panel.

## What problems does it solve?

### Selling products the supplier no longer has

- What it does: When a product runs out at the source, its marketplace stock is set to 0 on the next sync.
- How it works: The crawl updates source stock; stock sync recomputes the target quantity and pushes only changed barcodes.
- Problem solved: Cancelled orders and lower store ratings.
- Technical detail: Trendyol price-and-inventory bulk request (up to 1,000 items) · Temu bg.local.goods.stock.edit (target stock).

### The same unit sold on two marketplaces

- What it does: When an order arrives on one marketplace, its open quantity is deducted from your other stores.
- How it works: When order sync finds a new open order it triggers a stock push to all of the user's active stores.
- Problem solved: Overselling on the last few units.
- Technical detail: Sellable stock = source stock − open (unshipped) order quantity − safety stock, per barcode.

### Preparing a separate product file per supplier

- What it does: Products from different supplier sites are combined into one schema, one XML URL and one API.
- How it works: The crawler extracts product, variant and image data from each site; the pool stores them under common field names.
- Problem solved: Manual spreadsheets, missing barcodes, outdated prices.
- Technical detail: Fields: title, brand, category path, barcode, variant type/value/stock/barcode, attributes, images, cost and sale price.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a card for the trial?

No. Sign up and choose a category; a 7-day trial starts and an API key and XML feed for 500 products from that category are created automatically.

### Which marketplaces are supported?

Trendyol and Temu. Both support store connection, barcode matching, stock push and order import; Trendyol also supports price updates.

### How do I buy a plan?

Plans are quote-based. You submit a plan request in the panel; once our team approves it, the plan is active on your account immediately.

### How is recipient personal data protected?

Name, phone, email and address are encrypted at the application level with AES-256-GCM, masked in lists and deleted 30 days after the order closes.
