### 1. Service

Giyimport provides product data compiled from supplier websites via panel, API and XML feed, and stock/price sync and order import for Trendyol and Temu stores connected by the customer.

### 2. Account and security

- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential.
- If you notice suspicious use, rotate or revoke your key in the panel.
- Actions taken through your account are written to the audit log.

### 3. Trial and plans

- The trial lasts 7 days, requires no card and can be used once per account.
- Plans are sold on a quote basis and are valid from approval for the period in the plan definition.
- Quota and product limits follow the plan definition; when exceeded the API returns 429.

### 4. Acceptable use

- Do not use the API in ways that exceed quotas or disrupt the service.
- Do not share or resell your access.
- Use marketplace recipient data only to fulfil the related order.

### 5. Marketplace data

You are the controller of recipient data from your connected stores; Giyimport processes it under the Data Processing Agreement, on your instructions and only to fulfil orders.

### 6. Data accuracy

Product data is compiled automatically from supplier sites. Prices and stock may lag by the crawl interval; using the live check endpoint before a sale is recommended.

### 7. Limitation of liability

Giyimport does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the plan fee paid for the period concerned.

### 8. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or closed on breach. On closure, sessions and API keys are revoked immediately.

### 9. Governing law

Turkish law applies; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
