General

What does Giyimport do?

It crawls supplier sites into one product pool, serves it as an XML feed and API, updates the stock of your connected Trendyol and Temu stores from the same pool and imports orders into the panel.

What do I see after signing up?

The number of active products in the catalog and their distribution across categories. Product details, API and XML require a trial or a plan.

How does the trial work?

Choose a category; the 500 active products with the highest stock in that category are added to your scope and your API key and XML feed are created. The trial lasts 7 days, once per account.

How do I buy?

Submit a request on the Plans screen in the panel. Our team contacts you for the quote and invoicing; on approval the plan is active immediately.

Technical

How often are products updated?

Supplier sites are crawled every 4 hours by default. At critical moments such as add-to-cart you can verify price and stock instantly with the /live endpoint.

Can I pull only changed products?

Yes. Send your last pull time to the product API as changedSince.

Are there webhooks?

Change tracking uses polling: pull only changed products with the changedSince parameter.

How are Temu products matched?

Enter each product's barcode in the seller SKU code field on Temu; matching uses that code.

What if the same item sells on two marketplaces?

The open order quantity is deducted from the stock pool and the new stock is pushed to your other stores immediately.

Security and data

Where is data stored?

All data is stored on our dedicated server in the Netherlands (Amsterdam metro area). No public cloud is used.

Is recipient data encrypted?

Yes. Name, phone, email and address are encrypted at the application level with AES-256-GCM; keys are kept in restricted configuration, not in the database.

Who on your team can see recipient data?

Only authorized roles, and only for stores in their scope; data is masked in lists and every full view is written to the audit log.

When is recipient data deleted?

Permanently 30 days after the order closes; at most 90 days for orders that never close.
